Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses MaxLeadPRO, including content you create, publish or send with it and the landing pages and phone numbers you connect.

You must not use MaxLeadPRO to:

• Contact people without the consent the law requires, or after they opted out.
• Upload or message purchased, rented, harvested or scraped contact lists.
• Make false, misleading or unsupported claims — including fake reviews, fake scarcity, invented prices or guarantees you cannot honour.
• Impersonate another person or business, or hide who is sending a message.
• Promote illegal products or services, or content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or that exploits minors.
• Collect sensitive information (such as health, financial-account or government ID numbers) through forms without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. [Guidance for regulated industries — to be completed.]
• Phish, spread malware, or collect passwords or payment details under false pretences.
• Record calls without the announcement MaxLeadPRO plays, or try to use the phone assistant for outbound calling (it does not support it).
• Probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security, rate limits or workspace separation of the Service.

Your responsibilities

• Review and approve every draft before using it; quality checks are advisory.
• Keep business facts, prices and offer terms accurate and current.
• Honour opt-outs and privacy requests promptly.

Enforcement

We may remove content, unpublish pages, disable phone numbers or suspend accounts that violate this policy, and may report illegal activity. Report abuse to support@maxleadpro.com.
