How drafts are made
- Drafts are built from your campaign brief, your verified business facts, your offers and your brand rules. Unverified facts are not used.
- Exact details — prices, dates, links, QR codes and required disclaimers — are inserted from your records, not invented by AI.
- When no AI provider is connected, MaxLeadPRO uses templates, labelled “Template draft”. AI drafts record the model and prompt version used.
A person must review every draft
AI and template drafts are suggestions and must be reviewed and approved by a person before use. Approval in MaxLeadPRO is tied to the exact content and destination; any later change needs a new approval.
Quality checks are advisory
Automated checks flag issues such as unresolved placeholders, expired offers, prohibited claims, missing disclaimers and QR codes that point to the wrong place. Some issues block approval. The checks do not certify that content is accurate, lawful or compliant with platform rules — that judgement stays with you.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure claims are true and supported, and that you have rights to the images and logos you upload.
- Add any disclosures your industry or platform requires (for example sponsorship, pricing or financing terms).
- Where required, disclose that content was created with AI assistance. [Jurisdiction-specific AI disclosure guidance — to be completed.]
Data used for AI
Only the information needed for a draft (brief, verified facts, offer and brand rules) is sent to the AI provider. Lead and contact records are not sent. [Provider data-retention terms — to be completed.]
