Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of MaxLeadPRO (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you” or “Customer”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

MaxLeadPRO helps small businesses and agencies turn verified business information into campaign briefs, draft marketing content, landing pages and lead forms, and helps you follow up with the people who respond. Drafts — whether produced by templates or by AI — are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, approving and deciding whether to publish or send any content. Unless a feature is clearly shown as enabled in your workspace, MaxLeadPRO does not post to social networks, send email or text messages, or place phone calls for you.

3. Accounts and security

• Keep your sign-in details confidential and use two-step verification where required (owners and admins).
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
• Tell us promptly at support@maxleadpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content and your contacts

You keep ownership of the business information, content, media and contact data you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You allow us to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Notice. For contact and lead data you collect through the Service, you are the business responsible for that data and we process it on your behalf as your processor/service provider.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Customer Data, including any notices and consents required to collect and contact your leads. Do not upload purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.

5. Acceptable use

Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the Communications & Consent Policy. We may suspend content or accounts that put people, the Service or other customers at risk.

6. Plans, trials, credits and fees

• Plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits. Credits are reserved before costly work starts and unused reserved credits are released. You can set a lower monthly spending cap.

• MaxLeadPRO does not buy advertising or phone numbers on your behalf.

7. Third-party services

Some features connect to services you choose (for example your own Twilio account for inbound calls). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for their charges.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features marked “Planned” or “Not enabled yet” are not available. We may change the Service and these Terms; we will give notice of material changes.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

10. Termination and data export

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can export your contacts as CSV and download approved content before closing your account. After closure we delete or de-identify Customer Data on the schedule in the Privacy Notice.
