Communications & Consent Policy
Who we are. MaxLeadPRO is provided by ROY DIGITAL VENTURES LLC, 15 Lincoln Ln, Dayton, NJ 08810, USA. Email support@maxleadpro.com · Phone 800-850-2470.
MaxLeadPRO is built for permission-based marketing. This policy explains how consent works in the product and what you must do. Laws such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state rules vary and change; get advice for your situation.
1. Consent you collect
- Form consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Each one names your business, the channel (email, SMS or voice) and the purpose.
- When someone agrees, MaxLeadPRO stores a consent receipt with the exact wording shown, its version, the time and supporting evidence.
- Consent is per business and per channel. Consent to email is not consent to text messages or calls.
- SMS consent options appear only once SMS is enabled for your account.
2. No purchased lists
Only contact people who gave you their information and the consent required. Do not upload or message purchased, rented, harvested or scraped lists.
3. Opting out
- People can withdraw consent at any time. Your team can revoke consent per channel on the contact record.
- Opt-outs create a suppression record that is kept (in hashed form after a deletion request) so the person is not contacted again.
- Honour opt-out requests received by any reasonable means, promptly.
4. Contact windows
Do not call or text people outside reasonable hours in their local time — as a baseline, not before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. — and follow any stricter state rules or quiet hours. [State-by-state contact-window details — to be completed.] Use “Pause all outbound actions” in Settings to stop everything at once.
5. Phone assistant (IVR)
- The MaxLeadPRO phone assistant handles inbound calls only; it never places outbound calls.
- It identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of each call.
- Calls are recorded only if you turn recording on, and only after a recording announcement plays. Otherwise messages are captured as text and no audio is kept. Some states require every party to consent to recording — check your obligations.
- Callers can ask not to be called; this adds a voice suppression.
- A callback request is recorded as consent for that business to call back about that request only.
6. Email
Commercial emails must identify your business, include a valid postal address, use honest subject lines and include a working unsubscribe link. [Direct email sending is not enabled yet in MaxLeadPRO.]
7. Records
Keep consent receipts and suppression lists for as long as the law requires. MaxLeadPRO keeps them while your account is active and as described in the Privacy Notice.
